1 · Your program dates
One session, November 5–9, 2026. Hotel check-in Thursday evening, course Friday–Sunday (9 AM–5 PM daily), cocktail hour Friday evening, checkout Monday.
What the $5,000 full program covers
- Three full instruction days, 9 AM to 5 PM, in the host hotel's meeting center.
- Printed course materials: peptide library reference, reconstitution and dosing guide, protocol templates, contraindication screening checklist, and the compliance and sourcing checklists.
- Live reconstitution demonstration and a full dosing-math workshop with worked problem sets.
- Small-group case work and a protocol you write for a patient type from your own practice.
- Written assessment across all three tracks on the final afternoon.
- Certificate of completion — issued only where all three tracks have been completed and the assessment passed.
- Lunch and refreshments on all three teaching days. These come with the full program only — single tracks and individual workshops do not include meals.
Not included: accommodation, flights, ground travel and dinners. Every attendee arranges and pays for their own room — none of it is bundled into any track or package. There is a room block at the host hotel, which holds availability for the course rather than a discounted rate; booking instructions are emailed with your confirmation so you can reserve around the Thursday check-in and Monday checkout. Staying on site is convenient, not required.
Before you book
Licensure. The Clinical Applications track is for licensed clinicians — MD, DO, NP, PA — and is taught only as part of the full three-track program. The two non-clinical tracks, Operations & Marketing and Legal & Compliance, are open to practice owners, administrators and staff, which is why they can be booked on their own at $1,750.
The certificate requires all three tracks. A single track or an individual workshop is worth attending on its own, but neither earns the certificate of completion. Only the full three-track program does — for the primary registrant and for each additional person booked at the $2,500 companion rate.
The practice exam is strongly recommended. It is not a condition of booking, but we would rather you arrive having done it. Working the online study portal and clearing 85% is what lets Day 1 start at receptor logic rather than at definitions — the difference in what people take away is obvious from the front of the room. The portal is a separate $50 purchase and most attendees finish it in two or three evenings.
The assessment is real. Certification requires passing the written exam on the final afternoon. Not clearing on a first attempt is normal and there is a re-attempt route — but the certificate is not issued for attendance alone.
What to bring. Licence and credential documentation, something to write with, and a calculator or phone for the dosing workshop. Business casual. Course materials and all worksheets are provided; the full list is in your confirmation.
Enrollment terms
Payment. Payment in full reserves your place and is processed securely by FIT110 LLC via Authorize.Net. Card details are never stored on this site.
Credential verification. If verification cannot be completed, the place is released and payment refunded in full.
Transfers and cancellation. Places may be transferred to a future course subject to availability. Please contact us as early as you can — seating and materials are arranged in advance, so a late cancellation is a seat nobody else could take.
If the program date changes. In the unlikely event we move the dates, you may transfer to the new date or take a full refund.
Educational purpose. This is professional education. The Clinical Applications track is for licensed clinicians; the two non-clinical tracks are open to practice owners and staff. It is not medical advice, it does not expand your scope of practice, and completion is neither a licence nor a clinical credential of any kind.
